Pilates helps us to mitigate the effects of a lifestyle that is the perfect recipe for physical ailments that affect our quality of life.
Sedentary lifestyles, long working hours and a fast pace of life often lead to back pain, neck tension, heavy shoulders, heavy legs, stress, fatigue and muscle tension.
Pilates is indicated to alleviate or prevent these conditions that are more common in a weak and flaccid body. Pilates can be practised at any age to improve flexibility and strength, increase energy and develop balance, control and coordination of movement.
